We have recently updated the "Magic" Line system. We know you may have some questions on how to use the new "Magic" Line. Please click here for a chart that will help guide you through some of the changes. The new system is more intuitive and will know all of your savings, checking, and loan accounts that you have attached to your member (account) number. Listen for the prompts and you will find that you can get all the information you need. |

Current Phishing Scams,
Posing as Ohio Credit Unions
|
Over the past couple days, there have been reports of multiple phishing scams in which the fraudsters are posing as various Ohio credit unions. Both members and non-members of Ohio credit unions are receiving emails and cell phone text messages informing them that their online account access has been suspended. Recipients are given a phone number to call to re-instate their online access by providing their account information.
Please remember that Standard Register Federal Credit Union will never call, email, or text message you asking you to verify your personal account information.
