SRFCU currently employs 17 full-time workers who are dedicated to providing the best possible service.

MEMBER SERVICES DEPARTMENT

Linda Kilmer, Member Service Manager (ext. 215)

Linda oversees the payroll and checking account duties, and also handles the IRAs and Share Certificates.

Lisa Nickell, Senior Member Service Specialist (ext. 211)

Lisa's responsibilities include opening and closing accounts as well as handling payroll deduction and direct deposit.

Crista Plunket, Checking & ATM Specialist (ext. 210)

Crista handles all Checking, Visa Check Card, and STAR Card accounts.

Connie Henderson, Member Service Representative

Lisa Carlin, Member Service Representative

Sandi Doolin, Member Service Representative

In addition to handling members' financial transactions, our Member Service Representative make lobby visitors feel at home.

LOAN DEPARTMENT

Kraig Casey, Assistant Manager (ext. 220)

Kraig coordinates and oversees all lending functions of the Credit Union.

Kathleen Rose, Loan Officer (ext. 217)

Betsy Newsad, Loan Officer (ext. 218)

Kathleen and Betsy assist members in all aspects of the loan application process.

Janie Skillings, Visa Credit Card Specialist (ext. 219)

Janie oversees all Visa Credit card accounts.

Karen Wright, Auto Titles and Insurance (ext. 216)

Karen handles the details and paperwork involved in each vehicle loan application.

Bill Ewry, Collection Manager (ext. 221)

Bill helps members who are having difficulty repaying their loans by working with them to create a repayment schedule.

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

Kim Donaldson, Accounting Manager (ext. 206)

In addition to accounting functions, Kim is also responsible for the computer system.

Karen Young, Systems/Network Coordinator (ext. 208)

Karen generates all computer reports and statistical information for the Credit Union.

Donna Floyd, Accounting Coordinator (ext. 207)

Donna is responsible for all bookkeeping operations.

ADMINISTRATION

Michael Frankey, President/CEO (ext. 200)

Mike oversees all business of the Credit Union, including the day-to-day operations, budgeting, investments, human resources, and strategic planning.

Kristina Hurlburt, Business Development/Marketing Manager (ext. 201)

Kristina is responsible for all growth, marketing, and promotion of the Credit Union.

Sandi Doolin, Receptionist (ext. 204)

Sandi works across all departments of the Credit Union as well as helping members with their transaction requests.
