- "Magic"Line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your account information is available even on weekends, holidays, and after Credit Union business hours.
- You can call from home or anywhere there's a touch-tone telephone available.
- You get an immediate response to your inquiries.
"MAGIC"LINE IS CONFIDENTIAL
We've taken several steps to protect your confidentiality when using "Magic"Line:
- You need both your Member Number and an Access Code.
- We verify your identity before issuing your Access Code over the phone, or you can request one online.
HOW TO ENROLL IN "MAGIC"LINE
- Contact the Credit Union, ask to be enrolled in "Magic"Line.
- Click here to fill out the enrollment form for CU Online, which has you set up a PIN for Magic Line.
